Hi! I’m Parker La Giusa. I’m a junior majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences Education, and you can usually find me in the Cooking Labs or the Sewing Labs here at BYU—my second homes. I absolutely love all things Disney, and I had the chance to be a Cast Member at Disney World for a year and a half. I also served a mission in the Texas Dallas West Mission, and just like Florida, Texas holds a special place in my heart. I grew up in Utah dreaming of coming to BYU and honestly didn’t think I’d ever get in, but I’m here—and I know there’s a purpose behind it. I’m incredibly passionate about FCS and could talk about it all day. And I’ve learned that SFLSA is truly a place where everyone belongs here at BYU.
